Ogden: United as stuck with de Gea as Arsenal are with Ozil (2:00)

Mark Ogden believes that Man United are stuck with goalkeeper David de Gea as nobody else wants him. (2:00)

Welcome to a special edition of by the numbers (lite) - a quick snapshot of the best action from the Monday night football.

Premier League

Wolverhampton Wanderers beat Crystal Palace 2-0 to take back sixth place from Spurs. Meanwhile, Sheffield United lost 1-0 to Everton to see their chances for a maiden European campaign slip away (they are now 8th, four points behind Spurs, with just a game to go).

0

Wolves are the only team yet to have an English goalscorer in the PL this season (excluding own goals).

14

Carlo Ancelotti has never lost a PL game against a newly promoted side in 14 previous such matches (W10 D44) - this is the most any manager has faced promoted clubs without defeat in the competition.

26

Over the last two seasons, Richarlison has scored 26 goals. The only Brazilian with more in Europe's top 5 leagues is Neymar (28).

180

Adama Traore has become the first player since Eden Hazard in 2014-15 to complete at least 180 successful dribbles in a season. Traore, though, has a better success rate (Hazard in 14-15 season: 61.2%; Traore in 19-20 season: 70%).

La Liga

Here are a couple more impressive stats from the champions --

0

Real Madrid are the first team to not concede a goal from outside the box in a single league season since at least 2003/04.

25

Real Madrid conceded just 25 goals in the 2019/20 league season, their best defensive total in a 20-team season in the competition.

Meanwhile, the teams that have gained automatic promotion to La Liga for the 2020/21 season are Cadiz and Huesca (third-to-sixth head for playoffs, for the last slot) You might recognize one of the teams that have been relegated to the third tier -- Deportivo La Coruna; Super Depor of the 2000s.

Serie A

Juventus are within touching distance of a ninth straight scudetto thanks a 2-1 win over Lazio, the goals from... guess whom. If they win vs. Udinese on Thursday and Inter drop points to Fiorentina on Wednesday, the title is theirs.

11

For the first time in their history, Juventus have scored at least two goals-a-game for 11 Serie A games in a row.

14

In the last two seasons, no player has hit the woodwork more times than Ciro Immobile in the top-5 European Leagues (14, most alongside Lionel Messi).

30

Immobile, though, did score to make it 30 for the season. He is only the 5th Italian player to score 30 goals in a single Serie A campaign -- after Giuseppe Meazza (1929/30), Felice Borel (1933/34), Antonio Angelillo (1958/59) and Luca Toni (2005/06). Like joint-top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo, 12 of Immobile's 30 have come from penalties

Ronaldo watch

Just a reminder, Cristiano Ronaldo is 35 years old. Two goals yesterday and now it is yet another 30-league-goal season.

12

Ronaldo now has the most penalty goals (without missing any) in a single season in Serie A history with 12. (Provided he doesn't miss in any of the upcoming games, of course). He moves ahead of Roberto Baggio.

20

Ronaldo is the only player to have scored 20 league goals in 2020.

30

Cristiano Ronaldo is just the third Juventus player to score at least 30 goals in a single Serie A campaign --- after Felice Borel (31 in 1933/34) and John Hansen (30 in 1951/52).

50

Cristiano Ronaldo is the first player to score 50 goals in the English top flight, Spanish top flight and the Italian top flight. Just soak that in.

61

Ronaldo is also the fastest to score 50 goals in Serie A (61 appearances) - among the players who made their debut since 1994/95. He took just 61 games. He reached 50 PL goals in 172 games with Manchester United, his first 50 La Liga goals came in just 51 (!) games with Real Madrid.
