Rock bottom of the Championship and staring back-to-back relegations in the face, Sunderland need all the help the can get at the moment.
So, with their midweek training session in danger of being cancelled due to snow on the pitch, even manager Chris Coleman picked up his shovel and got stuck in.

Along with team comprising of members of the club's backroom and office staff, Coleman spent the majority of the morning clearing snow from the playing surface at the Stadium of Light
As a mark of gratitude, the Sunderland players had a whip-round for their team of emergency snow-shovellers and brought them beer, chocolate, hot coffee and sweets as a thank-you for their hard work.
