Kennedy was key in Australia's Olympic campaign this summer, as the Matildas finished fourth at Tokyo 2020.

She began her career at Sydney FC and played for a number of W-League clubs before heading to America to join the Western New York Flash in the National Women's Soccer League in 2016, where she won the 2016 NWSL Championship.

She then moved to Orlando Pride before joining Tottenham on a six-month loan ahead of the 2020-21 season and was signed permanently in January 2021, but then released this summer.
