          Ravens to meet with defensive back version of Odell Beckham Jr.

          A week after projecting Sidney Jones won't slide much following his Achilles injury, the Baltimore Ravens are taking a look at a University of Washington defensive back who is generating buzz since his impressive performance at the NFL combine.

          Kevin King will meet with the Ravens for a pre-draft visit, according to Fox Sports' Charles Davis.

          King is considered a potential top-40 selection, but he probably won't go in the top half of the first round. That likely means the Ravens are looking at him as a possibility if they trade down or if he slides to them in the second round (Baltimore has the No. 47 overall pick).

          What stands out about King is his hands. He's known for making circus grabs, and he looks like the defensive back version of Odell Beckham Jr. in this "Sports Science" clip.

          The Ravens are looking for more playmakers, and King obviously has tremendous ball skills. King's most memorable play in college was his one-handed interception in the end zone against Arizona State last November.

          The biggest problem for teams is determining where to line him up. He played both cornerback and safety in college, which gives teams more flexibility in where to play him, but could become a challenge in where to project him.

          As a corner last year, King recorded two interceptions and broke up 13 passes. He gave up just one touchdown in the last 101 passes thrown in his direction.

          At 6-foot-3, King is one of the tallest corners in this year's draft. This should help him in press coverage, but it could hurt him against smaller, shiftier receivers.

          That's why some teams might consider him a safety. King hasn't played that position in three years, and he had top corners Jones and Marcus Peters playing alongside him when he did.

          Asked at the NFL combine what he wanted teams to know about him, King said his knowledge of the game.

          "I want them to know that I have the intangibles that can't be taught," he said.
