Transfer Rater: Hirving Lozano to Chelsea, Cesc Fabregas to Galatasaray

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the Whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Marcos Rojo to Fenerbahce

Fenerbahce are reportedly ready to make a move for the Manchester United defender, according to Fotomac. Rojo, who has been capped 59 times by his country, hasn't featured for the Red Devils this term due to a number of injuries. The 28-year-old's contract doesn't expire until 2021, though, so Fenerbahce would have to agree a fee with a club who paid around £16m for him in 2014.

Shoya Nakajima to Leicester City

The 2015-16 Premier League champions are lining up a move for Japan international Shoya Nakajima, according to Nikkan. The Portimonense midfielder, who only joined the Portuguese club in the summer from FC Tokyo, has quickly impressed in Europe and has four goals in eight games. According to the report, Leicester are willing to pay £20m but face competition from Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Denis Suarez to Napoli

Suarez hasn't featured at all for Barcelona this season, partly due to injury, and that could see Napoli make an approach for the midfielder in January, according to Mundo Deportivo. The Serie A side were scared off by the La Liga champions' £35m valuation in the summer but remain interested in the midfielder who has been capped once by Spain.

Hirving Lozano to Chelsea

According to Calciomercato, Maurizio Sarri has given Chelsea the green light to pursue the Mexico international, who impressed for PSV against Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League. The winger has been in fine form this term, scoring 11 goals and registering four assists. Only Barcelona star Lionel Messi can better that from Europe's top five leagues.

Cesc Fabregas to Galatasaray

The Spaniard hasn't been a regular under Sarri this season and, with his contract expiring next summer, interest in the midfielder is mounting. According to Turkish newspaper Sozcu, Galatasaray will offer the 31-year-old, who has played just three games this term, a contract next summer.
