Celtic travel to the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar to play Lincoln Red Imps FC, after the semiprofessional club beat Flora Tallinn in the first qualifying round. Red Star take on Malta's Valletta after they overcame B36 Torshavn of the Faroe Islands.
Welsh side The New Saints ousted Tre Penne of San Marino and now take on APOEL, with Northern Ireland's Crusaders facing FC Copenhagen.
Recent group stage participants entering at the second qualifying round include Ludogorets Razgrad, BATE Borisov, Rosenborg, FC Copenhagen, Astana and APOEL.
Albanian champions Skenderbeu were due to take on Ferencvaros but were banned from Europe due to match-fixing. Runners-up Partizani take their place and move up from the Europa League, meaning Slovan Bratislava proceed directly to the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round.
