AC Milan are set to sell Luiz Adriano just six months after he joined the Serie A club from Shakhtar Donetsk.
Talks with Chinese club Jiangsu Suning are reported to be at an advanced stage with the Rossoneri set to make a substantial profit on a player who has failed to live up to the expectations in Italy.
They paid Shakhtar €8 million for the 28-year-old in the summer and it is reported a €15m fee will be received. The Brazilian has scored three goals in 18 league appearances for Milan this season.
Luiz Adriano was left out of the Milan squad for their Coppa Italia clash with Carpi on Wednesday night with the club confirming he is in transfer talks.
Although the identity of the club he is negotiating with was not revealed, both La Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky Sport Italia suggest it is Jiangsu Suning.
Milan teammate Jose Mauri has already bid Luiz Adriano farewell, posting a picture on his Instagram account with the words: "Good luck my friend! I wish you the best, you deserve good health and happiness because you are a great person.

In addition to his three goals in Serie A, Luiz Adriano has scored two in as many Coppa Italia appearances. He scored 128 in 265 games for Shakhtar prior to joining Milan and has been capped four times by his country, scoring once.
