Guiseley's relegation from the Vanarama National League was confirmed with a 1-0 home defeat to Barrow.
The Lions have won only six league games all season and Asa Hall's second-half goal condemned them to the drop.
The away side dominated from the off as Joe Green saved Lewis Walters' effort from the edge of the box.
Green then brilliantly tipped Dan Jones' shot around the post before Luke James headed wide from inside the six-yard area.
Hall headed in what proved to be the winner six minutes after the break after Green failed to deal with a cross.
Hall then cleared Rowan Liburd's shot off the line after visiting keeper Steve Arnold was beaten.
Barrow's Donovan Makoma was shown a straight red card three minutes from time.
