Alex Bray and Lee Collins help Forest Green shock Coventry

Alex Bray marked his Forest Green debut with a goal as Mark Cooper's side climbed out of the relegation zone with a 2-1 win against promotion-chasing Coventry.Signed on deadline day from Rotherham, Bray gave Rovers the lead six minutes before half-time.Marc McNulty levelled things up from the penalty spot just before the hour mark with his 26th goal of the season, but Rovers responded six minutes later when captain Lee Collins fizzed home from the edge of the box.Earlier, last-gasp Coventry defending denied Rovers a 23rd-minute lead. Christian Doidge's superb flick fell to strike partner Reuben Reid who nipped beyond goalkeeper Lee Burge but was denied by Jordan Willis' superb sliding clearance off the line.At the other end, Brad Collins saved with his feet to deny McNulty.But Rovers nosed ahead before half-time. Dayle Grubb's effort was tipped on to the post by Burge, but the alert Bray was on hand to net for his new club.Coventry levelled when Reuben Reid fouled Liam Kelly in the penalty box and McNulty scored from the spot.But Lee Collins's fine strike handed Rovers the points and a league double over Mark Robins' side, who slipped out of the play-off spots.
