Nikola Kalinic helps Fiorentina extend unbeaten run with Serie A win at Bologna

Nikola Kalinic's first-half penalty secured Fiorentina a 1-0 win at 10-man Bologna in Serie A and extended their unbeaten run to five games in all competitions.
Bologna were a man down for an hour after defender Daniele Gastaldello had been shown a straight red card for hauling down former Blackburn striker Kalinic, who picked himself up to place his 31st-minute spot-kick into the bottom corner.
Fiorentina winger Josip Ilicic had hit the crossbar with a free-kick in the 26th minute, while Federico Bernardeschi, Kalinic and Ilicic went close to increasing their lead in the second half.
Bologna's best chance fell to substitute Luca Rizzo, but Fiorentina goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu saved his low shot in the bottom corner.
Fiorentina were denied a second goal by Bologna goalkeeper Junior Costa late on when he kept out substitute Sebastian Cristoforo's low effort.
