Loan recruit Alfie Pavey fired his second goal in as many games since a month-long switch from Millwall to guide Aldershot to 2-0 Conference Premier victory at Macclesfield.
The 20-year-old forward put the visitors in charge - heading in Dan Walker's cross - before Damon Lathrope claimed his first goal for Aldershot since September 2014 to seal victory.
Aldershot's second win in succession further hints at a return to form after a troublesome spell across December and into the new year.
The visitors eased past Macclesfield though to add to their 3-1 win over Chester last weekend, that had proved their first victory in 2016.
