The New Saints came from behind to win their Champions League qualifying round first leg match away to B36 Torshavn 2-1.
Hans Pauli Samuelsen gave the Faroe Islands club the lead in the seventh minute, netting after the Welsh champions had failed to clear a throw-in.
However, TNS were level within two minutes through Scott Quigley and, after substitute Greg Draper had headed over in the closing stages, they were rewarded with a last-minute winner from Michael Wilde.
Craig Harrison's team will be hoping to maintain the advantage in the home leg, which takes place next Tuesday.
