Reims remain in the Ligue 1 relegation zone after falling to a 1-0 home defeat by Guingamp.The only goal of the game was a superb individual effort on 26 minutes by Younousse Sankhare, who shrugged off Reims defender Abdelhamid El Kaoutari before netting from an acute angle.The closest Reims came to a goal came just 16 minutes in when Nicolas De Preville's speculative effort from 40 yards struck the bar.They had a chance to snatch an equaliser in stoppage time but Lass Bangoura's tame effort was easily saved by Guingamp goalkeeper Jonas Lossl.
