Kate Del Fava heads home a dangerous delivery from Ally Sentnor to win it in the 89th minute for the Utah Royals vs. Bay FC.

The Utah Royals, buoyed by a late goal from Kate Del Fava, defeated host Bay FC 1-0 at PayPal Park on Sunday, June 16. Del Fava scored in the 89th minute with a header from close range, assisted by Ally Sentnor after a set piece.

Bay FC (4-0-9) had several opportunities but failed to capitalize. Royals goalkeeper Mandy Haught made crucial saves throughout the match, including stopping shots from Tess Boade and Oshoala. Utah (2-1-10) also saw Lauren Flynn leave with an injury early in the first half, replaced by Madison Pogarch.

In addition to Del Fava's heroics and Sentnor's assist, Amandine Henry also had a notable performance, controlling midfield play.

For Bay FC, Katelyn Rowland was solid between the posts, making four saves, but couldn't prevent Del Fava's decisive strike.
