Jurgen Klopp is set to escape punishment from the English Football Association after he suggested Liverpool were denied penalties during their defeat to Southampton that other teams would have been awarded, sources have told ESPN.
Klopp felt Liverpool should have been given two spot-kicks as they slipped to a 1-0 defeat at St Mary's on Monday.

In his postmatch news conference, Klopp criticised referee Andre Marriner before specifically referencing Manchester United's penalty record.
However, sources have told ESPN the FA will not take any action regarding the German's comments.
"The best situations we had were with Sadio [Mane] having the ball at his feet," Klopp said.
"For anyone to say he is a diver is the biggest joke in the world. He tries to stay on his feet. He had two situations where other teams would get a penalty for it.
"I hear now that Manchester United had more penalties in two years than I had in five-and-a-half years. I've no idea if that's my fault, or how that can happen."
Liverpool and United are level on points at the top of the Premier League table ahead of their meeting on Jan. 17.
United will start the game clear at the top of the table if they can win their game in hard against Burnley at Turf Moor on Jan. 12.
Solskjaer's team have been awarded six penalties in the Premier League this season, scoring five, while Liverpool have been given five, converting each one.
