Utrecht have made a complaint to FIFA regarding Michel Vorm's transfer from Swansea to Tottenham.

The Dutch goalkeeper made the switch from the Liberty Stadium to White Hart Lane earlier in August for an undisclosed fee, but the Eredivisie side -- who sold Vorm to the Swans in 2011 -- say they are yet to receive 30 percent of the transfer fee from the keeper's move to Spurs, which was allegedly part of their sell-on agreement with the Welsh club.#INSERT type:inline END#

"We can confirm that we've received a complaint from the club FC Utrecht against the club Swansea City in connection with the transfer of the player Michel Vorm," a FIFA spokesperson said. "At this stage we cannot make any further comment."

Swansea have moved to allay any doubts over the legitimacy of the transfer, stating: "It was approved by the Premier League and also FIFA via their TMS (Transfer Matching) system.

"While we have been in contact with Utrecht as a matter of courtesy, we will continue to conduct our business in the best interest of our football club and our supporters, and not based on the views of other clubs."
