Frenkie de Jong to Barcelona

Ajax midfielder De Jong continues to be linked with a move to Barcelona, and according to Mundo Deportivo he remains a priority signing. The player has also reaffirmed his desire to move to La Liga in the near future. "If you end up at a superior club, you will play with world-class players all over the pitch," De Jong said this week. "But for me, honestly, I would like to play with [Lionel] Messi one day." The 21-year-old can also play in defence, so would be able to cover a couple of positions at Camp Nou.

Cristian Pavon to Arsenal

Arsenal's new head of football Raul Sanllehi is reportedly behind the club's pursuit of the Boca Juniors winger. Football.London report that Sanllehi has already approached Boca regarding a transfer, and is leading the discussions while head of recruitment Sven Mislintat focuses on other targets. The Argentina international could leave Boca at the end of the year, with Arsenal looking to make a move in January.

Isco to Juventus

Following the high-profile acquisition of Cristiano Ronaldo this summer, Juventus will return to Real Madrid for another one of their star players, Isco, according to Calciomercato. Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has told those in charge of recruitment at the Turin club that the Spaniard is priority signing for next season, as he wants to further strengthen his squad in midfield and attacking areas.

Nicolas Pepe to Manchester United

The Lille winger was linked with Sevilla, Lyon, and Southampton in the summer, but since then a number of other Premier League clubs have shown interest. The first was Arsenal, who reportedly approached the player's representatives to sound out the possibility of a move. French outlet Telefoot are now reporting that Manchester United are joining the race for his signature, having sent their scouts to watch the 23-year-old. Southampton had a £12.5m offer turned down in the summer, so a higher bid will be needed if anyone is to prise him away from Ligue 1.

N'Golo Kante to Juventus

The Chelsea midfielder is reportedly another player on Allegri's shortlist for next season, providing the all-round box-to-box ability which will knit his midfield together. According to Calciomercato, the Juve boss is looking to balance his midfield while also adding creativity and tenacity to complement existing players such as Emre Can and Blaise Matuidi.
