'Tis the season for gifts and Brazilian club Santos were very much in the giving mood when they presented new boss Jorge Sampaoli a blender.
During a introductory news conference on Wednesday, Santos president Jose Carlos Peres gave the Argentine the cellophane-wrapped appliance and what appeared to a be Santos-themed swag bag.

The former Sevilla and Argentina national team boss graciously accepted his new gift, placing it aside as he began to speak.
It very well could be the best piece of hardware the tattooed tactician has received since his Copa America trophy with Chile in 2015.
The club -- which has won eight domestic titles and three Copa Liberatores in its illustrious history -- is considered one of Brazil's biggest, having produced Pele and Neymar.
Now armed with his new blender, Sampaoli will be charged with finding the right recipe to get Peixe back on track. The club hasn't won a league title since 2004.
