Canada women win 6-0 while playing in unusual 2-4-4 formation

Who needs defenders anyway? Canada's women's team certainly don't after thrashing Trinidad and Tobago 6-0 in an Olympic qualifier on Sunday.

And they did it all with just two players on the back line, using a rarely 2-4-4 formation.

Centre-backs Shelina Zadorsky and Kadeisha Buchanan had little to do, even without any full-backs next to them.

We understand Canadians are used to playing hockey with two defenders, but no word on if their soccer team ever considered pulling their goalie.
