LIVE Transfer Talk: Mbappe won't commit long-term future to Paris Saint-Germain

The transfer window may have slammed shut, but that doesn't mean the rumour mill has shut down! Speculation over summer moves is heating up so check out the latest gossip below, and see all official deals here.

TOP STORY: Mbappe staying at PSG ... for now

Kylian Mbappe has decided that he'll be staying at Paris Saint-Germain past the summer transfer window, reports Sport.

The 22-year-old's deal comes to an end in 2022 and, even back in April 2020, sources told ESPN that getting Mbappe committed to a longer deal was a priority.

However, the France forward has also made it clear that he will not be signing any extensions at the current time.

So, while PSG are safe for now, they may be at risk of having one of their main stars taken from them for free in the summer of 2022, with Real Madrid the main club to have been linked.

21.42 GMT: While AC Milan, Napoli and Marseille have been linked with a move for 24-year-old Stade Rennes forward Boulaye Dia in recent weeks, Le10 Sport reports that Eintracht Frankfurt have entered the race for the Senegal international who could command a transfer fee in the region of €15m.

20.55 GMT: Real Salt Lake want to bring Corinthians attacking midfielder Mateus Vital to MLS, and have offered the Sao Paulo club a $200,000 loan fee with a $3.8m option for 75% of the 23-year-old Brazil youth international's economic rights but Corinthians are holding out for a fee closer to $5m, according to Globo Esporte.

20.08 GMT: Borussia Monchengladbach are already losing manager Marco Rose to Borussia Dortmund this summer, and according to Kicker, there could be some other big names following their boss out the door. Twenty-four-year-old midfielder Denis Zakaria, 27-year-old centre-back Matthias Ginter and 24-year-old centre-back Nico Elvedi all have contracts that expire in 2022, and if the club are unable to sign them to new deals, they'll likely have to part ways in the summer.

"All three will certainly not leave us," sporting director Max Eberl is quoted as saying, but the report suggests that the Foals can't afford to keep all three, with Zakaria the most likely to depart, Elvedi the most likely to stay, and Ginter somewhere in the middle.

19.21 GMT: AS writes that Valencia will not offer often-injured forward Kevin Gameiro a new contract when his deal expires this summer, seemingly bringing the 33-year-old France international's three-year Mestalla career to a close.

18.34 GMT: With 20-year-old forward Bryan Gil linked with a move to Barcelona in recent weeks amid a breakthrough on loan at Eibar, parent club Sevilla have an agreement in principle with the Spain youth international's agent to extend his contract with the Andalusian club, and raise the paltry €35m buyout clause in his existing deal, according to Estadio Deportivo.

17.47 GMT: If there's one thing lacking in Paris Saint-Germain's squad, it's attacking firepower. Kylian Mbappe, Neymar, Mauro Icardi, Moise Kean - it's not really enough, is it? So you can understand why the club has been rather public in its courtship of Lionel Messi. And as Les Parisiens seek to continue to build out their forward lines, El Chiringuito reports that they now have Atletico Madrid midfielder-turned-forward Marcos Llorente in their sights.

The rich get richer. Footballing-wise, of course; PSG have been quite comfortable with lighting money on fire for the past decade.

17.00 GMT: Eintracht Frankfurt striker Andre Silva could be a summer mover, as top clubs look for a cheaper option up front, says Sky Germany.

Silva, 25, has 18 goals in the Bundesliga this season after struggling to make an impact at AC Milan in recent years. Manchester United and Atletico Madrid are reportedly keeping a close eye on him as Eintracht are only looking to get around €30m for his contract.

16.20 GMT: Real Madrid have been looking for a new midfielder, but it looks like they found one from 2018.

15.27 GMT: Fenerbahce goalkeeper Altay Bayindir is attracting interest from some top clubs, reports Fanatik.

Bayindir, 22, joined Fenerbahce for around €2m deal from Ankaragucu in 2019 but has Tottenham, Lille, Schalke and Werder Bremen on his trail. Ajax are also reportedly keen as Andre Onana was banned for a year over a doping charge.

14.55 GMT: Marseille centre-back Duje Caleta-Car has said Liverpool were in touch over a transfer move in January.

Caleta-Car, 24, was linked with a move to Anfield before the club eventually signed Ozan Kabak and Ben Davies.

"Today, there is the Champions League, and I am going to watch the two games Barcelona v Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig v Liverpool]," he told a news conference. "I received an offer from Liverpool. It was an honour for me to know that such a club wanted me. We decided with the club that I was going to stay. Marseille is also a great club and I still have a lot of improving to do here."

14.22 GMT: Adnan Januzaj tells ESPN's Rob Dawson that his Man United exit was down to Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho, and he has now found solace at Real Sociedad.

Januzaj's time at United encapsulates perfectly why the club have found it so difficult in the years since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013. With new managers came new ideas, and while Januzaj flourished under David Moyes, he could not win over Louis van Gaal or Jose Mourinho.

He had only just turned 18 when he was named on the bench for the first time in Ferguson's final game, a 5-5 draw with West Bromwich Albion in May 2013. Handed his senior debut by Moyes the following season, he made 35 appearances in a breakthrough campaign. He scored twice on his first Premier League start in a 2-1 win over Sunderland in October 2013 and signed a five-year contract just two weeks later. His rise was so spectacular that he earned a place in the Belgium squad for the 2014 World Cup.

But the upheaval at United, of which Januzaj became a victim, was only just beginning.

13.45 GMT: Borussia Dortmund are set to get a new manager.

13.10 GMT: Bayern Munich defender David Alaba has confirmed that he plans to leave at the end of the season after 13 years at the club.

"I have made the decision to try something new after this season and to leave the club," he said. "It was a difficult decision. I have been here for 13 years. I made so many memories here.

"I have not decided what is next for me. I decided to seek a new challenge. That's why it took time. I have five, six, seven years left in my career. That's why I decided to try something new. It's no secret my management is in touch with several clubs. I will focus on my task here and will remain in contact with my management."

12.56 GMT: Schalke striker Matthew Hoppe has caught the eye of Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City and Tottenham, says 90min.

Hoppe, 19, has five goals in eight league starts and signed his first professional contract earlier this month.

Schalke are struggling financially and may be forced to let the American go, with the report claiming: "Scouts from Liverpool, United, City and Spurs have been monitoring Hoppe's development and all have been impressed with what they have seen, while clubs in both Italy and Spain have also been checking in on the teenager. One source with knowledge of the situation explained to 90min that Hoppe's form and progress has caused a real stir among Europe's biggest clubs, many of whom are confident they would be able to sign the teenager if they tried."

12.00 GMT: Mason Greenwood has signed a new long-term contract at Manchester United, the club have confirmed.

The 19-year-old has penned a deal that will keep him at Old Trafford until 2025, with the option of another year.

"When you join the club at seven years old, you just dream of playing for the first-team one day," said Greenwood. "I've worked so hard to reach this level and the last two years have been amazing. There is so much that I want to achieve in the game and I know that this is the perfect environment to play my football.

"With the support from the manager, his coaching staff and so many great players to learn from; I know that I am developing every single day. There is a lot more to come from myself and this team and I am so committed to working hard week in, week out to help the group achieve success.

"I want to repay the club for the support that everyone has given me over the years and show everyone just what I am capable of."

Greenwood has scored 21 goals in 82 games since graduating from United's academy and made his senior debut for England in 2020. He only signed a contract extension in October 2019 but the club decided to renegotiate his terms early to reflect his growing importance in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team.

11.20 GMT: David Alaba will leave Bayern Munich on a free transfer at the end of the 2020-21 season, sources have told ESPN's Stephan Uersfeld.

Alaba, who has won nine Bundesliga titles and two Champions Leagues during his time at Bayern, has been linked with Real Madrid, Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea but has not revealed his next move.

His final days at the club have been overshadowed by his contract situation with Bayern withdrawing their contract offer in the autumn shortly after former club president Uli Hoeness accused Alaba's agent Pini Zahavi of being "a money-grabbing piranha."

Bayern later said that the door was still open, but the 28-year-old had already decided on a move from the Allianz Arena.

11.06 GMT: La Razon reports that the fact Bayern Munich have agreed a summer deal for RB Leipzig's Dayot Upamecano is going to impact Sevilla.

The reason? Manchester United are turning their attention towards signing Sevilla defender Jules Kounde and are willing to offer up €70m to make it happen.

The 22-year-old Frenchman reportedly has a €90m release clause, but money is tight around the game due to the financial impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

10.14 GMT: Chelsea star Christian Pulisic is out of favour under his new boss.

09.47 GMT: Real Madrid are monitoring Velez Sarsfield teenage sensation Maximo Perrone, according to TyC Sports.

Perrone, 18, has yet to make his senior debut with Velez but has already attracted the attention of the Spanish giants with his performances with Velez's youth teams.

Perrone joined Velez at the age of six and the left-footed midfielder has had a professional contract since 2019. He stands out not only for his play but for his maturity and has been likened to former Real Madrid midfielder Fernando Redondo. 

Madrid have monitored Perrone ever since he helped Argentina's U16 squad win an international tournament in France several years ago.

09.02 GMT: Real Madrid's contract negotiations with captain Sergio Ramos remain at a standstill, according to SER Deportivos.

Ramos, 34, who is out of action with a knee injury, becomes a free agent on June 30 and has yet to sign a contract extension with Los Blancos.

Madrid have offered Ramos a two-year contract extension, but the proposed deal would see his salary cut by 10% due to the financial impact of the coronavirus pandemic and the fact that the club will have to move players on this summer to balance their books.

Ramos wants his salary of €12m net per season maintained. With neither side willing to budge, a new agreement appears unlikely.

The veteran Spanish defender has not publicly revealed his intentions and is aware that Madrid's focus is on signing PSG striker Kylian Mbappe or Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland this summer.

08.30 GMT: Premier League clubs were ready to make a move for Bayern Munich starlet Jamal Musiala this summer, but The Guardian reports he is now set to sign a five-year deal at the Allianz Arena.

The England Under-21 international is on a youth contract that runs until the end of next season, leading to speculation that Bayern could lose the 17-year-old for a minimal fee.

Musiala, who came through the Chelsea Academy before joining Bayern in 2019, has made 15 appearances in the Bundesliga this season, scoring three goals.

Although he has played for England at youth level, he is also eligible to play for Germany, having been born in Stuttgart but brought up in England from the age of seven.

Could Suarez leave Atleti for free?

There is a clause in Luis Suarez's Atletico Madrid contract that would allow him to leave for free on June 30, reports Marca.

The Uruguay international joined the club from Barcelona, after being allowed to leave the Camp Nou on a free transfer this summer.

The report says that the 34-year-old has no interest in using that clause at this time, as he is enjoying working with Diego Simeone and has scored 16 goals in 18 league games this season.

As was reported by ESPN when he left Barcelona, Suarez was furious about the situation and he has since been on a mission to prove they were wrong to let him join a direct rival.

Alaba nearing Real Madrid move

Bild has reported that David Alaba is going to tell Bayern Munich that he will leave the club for free in the summer.

This comes after the Austria international failed to come to an agreement with the Bavarian giants about a contract renewal.

Fabrizio Romano has gone as far as to state that a pre-contract agreement with Real Madrid, which would see him join until 2025, is "almost ready."

It is not signed yet, however, with Chelsea and Liverpool both still working to persuade the versatile 28-year-old to join them.

- Borussia Dortmund have appointed a new manager for next season and it seems they are now on the hunt for a new goalkeeper, as has been reported by Sky Sports Deutschland. The story says there have been "definitive talks" with Lazio regarding 25-year-old stopper Thomas Strakosha. The two other names mentioned are RB Leipzig's Peter Gulacsi, who has a release clause of €12m, while Koen Casteels may also be of interest, but Wolfsburg do not want to see the Belgian leave.

- Douglas Costa is likely to leave Bayern Munich during the summer transfer window, writes Kicker. The 30-year-old is on loan from Juventus and it seems there is little chance of his stay being extended. The Brazilian's cause is not helped by the hairline fracture sustained in his right metatarsal during training.
