Can Liverpool kids keep rolling in FA Cup?

We incurred a loss in midweek after Everton's late implosion against Newcastle scuppered our 7/2 treble. Moving on, it is FA Cup fourth-round weekend and all eyes will be on Liverpool's youngsters, who continue their Cup odyssey against Shrewsbury.

The Banker

Liverpool are looking untouchable at the minute and are hot 2/5 favourites to see off lowly Shrewsbury this weekend despite them being expected to once again field a young side. The Shrews are struggling in League One but are being backed by some to spring a shock in this fourth-round clash. However, goals have been an issue for Shrewsbury this season with only cash-strapped Bolton scoring fewer than Sam Ricketts' men in England's third tier.

Make no mistake, this is a vintage Liverpool side and one that can be compared among the greats, a strong collective in the club's finest tradition dating all the way back to Bill Shankly. Jurgen Klopp has built a powerhouse and, even though their youngsters will again be on display at New Meadow, the 'second string' showed their quality when seeing off Everton a couple of weeks ago. Liverpool have kept seven clean sheets in a row and with quality youngsters such as Curtis Jones in attack they are the pick here at 6/4 to win without conceding.

Selection: £6 on Liverpool to win to nil at 6/4 with bet365.

The Tasty Treble

Leicester City face a tough trip to Brentford on Saturday, and the Foxes could be vulnerable. Brendan Rodgers' men saw off West Ham on Wednesday but that was their first win against anyone since sinking Wigan 2-0 in the third round back on Jan. 4. The Bees have been magnificent on their own patch, winning seven in a row in all competitions. Both teams to score is a 3/4 chance at Griffin Park and should land.

Elsewhere, Southampton look a big price at 15/8 to see off Tottenham at St Mary's, having beaten Spurs twice in the last year. The Saints are in fine form too having won five of their last six (drawing the other) before last weekend's battling defeat against Wolves.

Finally, Arsenal look a fair price at 5/6 when they visit Bournemouth on Monday night. The Cherries are right in the relegation mix so might see an FA Cup run as an unnecessary distraction. The Gunners have been steady if unspectacular so far under Mikel Arteta but can get the job done on the south coast to move into the hat for round five. The treble is paying over 8/1 with bet365 and looks tempting.

Selection: £4 on the treble at 8.22/1 with bet365.

The First Goal Flutter

Ciro Immobile has been on fire this season, bagging 23 goals and averaging a goal every 68 minutes in Serie A. He is the hottest striker in Italy and looks a bet at 100/30 when Lazio face derby rivals Roma on Sunday. He scored a hat trick against Sampdoria last weekend as Lazio romped to an 11th straight win to move to within three points of leaders Juventus and can fire them to victory against their city rivals.

Selection: £3 on Immobile to score first at 100/30 with bet365.

The Euro Wager

The appointment of Gennaro Gattuso was meant to inspire Napoli but since taking the helm just over a month ago the Partonepei have taken just three points from a possible 15. Champions Juventus head to Naples on Sunday and the away win looks juicy at a shade under even money. Napoli, who pushed Juventus all the way last season, are currently eleventh in Serie A and fully 27 points off the pace. It's not an ideal time to be facing Juve, who have won four league games on the spin and should be relishing their trip south to the Stadio San Paolo.

Selection: £5 on Juventus to win at 19/20 with bet365.
