Liverpool to keep winning and end Arsenal's 100 percent start at Anfield?

It's back-to-back 13/2 winners now for the column after Anthony Martial struck first for Manchester United against Wolves on Monday evening. There's another busy weekend of Premier League action including Arsenal's crunch trip to Liverpool.

Running total: +£21.59

The Banker

The only sides to win both Premier League games thus far meet on Saturday, but it's difficult to look beyond a home win at Anfield. Liverpool lost only one league game last season, scored 16 more goals than Arsenal and dished out a Roberto Firmino-inspired 5-1 spanking to the Gunners on Merseyside last December.

Arsenal have won their opening two fixtures for the first time in a decade, but in truth have not looked overly convincing in narrow victories over Newcastle and Burnley. Their attacks has yet to fully click into gear but the early signs are that Nicolas Pepe could thrive alongside Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.

Liverpool, of course, have one of the most feared forward lines in European football. Given the fact that Arsenal kept precisely one clean sheet away from home last season, a bet on Liverpool to win and both teams scoring looks the sensible play on Saturday evening.

Selection: £5 on Liverpool to win and both teams to score at 8/5 with bet365.

The First Goal Flutter

Martial delivered for the column against Wolves last time out and we reckon Marcus Rashford could be the man to get with to open the scoring when the Red Devils face Crystal Palace this weekend.

The Eagles have looked poor in their two matches so far, while Rashford was arguably United's best player at Molineux. The movement and sheer pace of the young England striker should give Palace nightmares, and it doesn't hurt that he will likely return to penalty-taking duties after Paul Pogba's latest miss.

Selection: £4 on Rashford to score first at 15/4 with bet365.

The Tasty Treble

Tottenham were very much second best despite drawing 2-2 with Manchester City last time out. However, they should find things much easier at home to Newcastle and we like the look of Spurs to win without conceding at 5/6. Newcastle fans are bracing themselves for a tough season after back-to-back defeats and have picked up just five points from their last 10 away fixtures in the capital.

Elsewhere Crystal Palace have failed to score in any of their last six visits to Old Trafford so Manchester United - who look much more solid defensively with Harry Maguire at the back - look a nice price at 11/10 to beat the Eagles without conceding. Add in Wolves at 17/20 to beat Burnley for a top flight treble playing better than 6/1.

Selection: £3 on the treble at 6.12/1 with bet365.

The Euro Wager

Barcelona will be aiming to bounce back after a defeat on the opening weekend of the La Liga season, but won't have things their own way against Real Betis. Los Verdiblancos have scored in four of their last six visits to the Nou Camp so 3/4 with bet365 about both team scoring in the match looks perfectly fair.

Selection: £4 on both teams to score at 3/4 with bet365.

The Wildcard Tip

Chelsea have not started the season well at all and they look way too short at 4/5 to win at Norwich. Their transfer ban has obviously had a negative impact but the continued absence of Antonio Rudiger has also been a real blow. The Germany defender is slowly returning to full fitness but Frank Lampard is unlikely to risk him here and for this reason we fancy Norwich on their own patch at 100/30. The Canaries have made a bright start and in Teemu Pukki have a player fast developing into a cult figure in the Premier League.

Selection: £3 on Norwich to beat Chelsea at 100/30 with bet365.
