Barcelona have called for an investigation into leaked footage of Neymar appearing in court last February, club sources have confirmed to ESPN FC.
Spanish newspaper El Confidencial released several videos of the Brazil star's testimony on Thursday, upsetting Barca, who now want judge Jose de la Mata to look in to how the images made their way into the public domain.
Neymar appeared before de la Mata last year to testify in an investigation into alleged irregularities regarding his transfer from Santos to the Catalan club in 2013.
The complaint was made by Brazilian investment company DIS -- who owned 40 percent of Neymar's rights at the time and claim they were undercut -- and is also against the player's father, the two clubs and former Barca president Sandro Rosell.
After spending over an hour in court in February, Neymar left without giving details about his testimony.
De la Mata originally took the decision to close the case against all parties last summer, but it was re-opened in September and remains unresolved.
DIS feel they are owed more money from what they believe was a heavily concealed transfer fee and are also requesting a five-year prison sentence for Neymar.
Meanwhile, the Spanish prosecutors handling the case are seeking a two-year prison sentence and a €10 million fine for Neymar. They propose the same punishment for Neymar's father and Rosell.
All of them are expected to have to stand trial again.
