AC Milan and rivals Internazionale may have fallen away from Europe's elite in recent seasons, but the Derby della Madonnina still means everything to the two sets of fans.

While recent battles may have only served to help one move nearer European qualification rather than Serie A titles, they have still proved exciting encounters -- and the efforts off the pitch have been just as impressive.
