Sergio Aguero scored a hat trick and Angel Di Maria added a brace as Argentina dominated Bolivia 5-0 in a friendly as both teams tuned up for the Copa America.

Even without their biggest star Lionel Messi, who won the Champions League with Barcelona on Saturday, Argentina ran over Bolivia from start to finish.

The Albiceleste settled the match in a burst with three goals in five minutes in the first half. Di Maria opened the scoring in the 25th minute, Aguero added his first from the penalty spot in the 29th and his second a minute later on a cross from Di Maria.

Aguero completed his hat trick in the 51st minute with a shot into the far corner after a great solo run to make it 4-0.

Four minutes later, it was Di Maria's turn from the penalty spot, and he closed the account with another low left-footed shot.

The Manchester United striker left the game with 20 minutes to play with a cramp, and though Argentina were down to 10 men Bolivia could not break through.

Radamel Falcao scores the only goal of the game to help Colombia defeat Costa Rica.">

Radamel Falcao lifted Colombia to a 1-0 win over Costa Rica.

The striker, whose loan to Manchester United expires this month redirected a cross shortly after half-time for the game's only goal.

Falcao, sporting a new closely cropped haircut, found the net for the third consecutive game for Colombia, who open the Copa America against Venezuela on June 14.

Goalkeeper Esteban Alvarado kept Costa Rica in the game, making a number of good saves to deny Falcao and James Rodriguez.

Uruguay will also enter the Copa America on a high after trouncing Guatemala 5-1.

Edinson Cavani's brace followed Diego Rolan's fourth-minute opener as the hosts managed a 3-0 lead at half-time.

Giorgian De Arrascaeta and Hull City's Abel Hernandez scored within two minutes of each other after the break, while Wilson Lalin found a late consolation for Guatemala ahead of their CONCACAF Gold Cup matchup with the United States.

Honduras held Paraguay to a 2-2 draw after both sides finished with 10 men.

After conceding an own goal to Honduras in the opening minute, Roque Santa Cruz equalised in the 21st, only for Roman Castillo to restore the visitors' lead two minutes later.

Paraguay's Nelson Haedo Valdez and Honduras' Maynor Figueroa were both dismissed after Figueroa caught Valdez with a high boot and the two fought on the ground. Honduras manager Jorge Luis Pinto was also sent to the stands.

Santa Cruz took advantage and levelled the score five minutes later.

Fidel Martinez scored twice as Ecuador swept away Panama 4-0.

After Miller Bolanos provided the opener in the 27th minute, Martinez doubled the advantage five minutes later and tripled it four minutes before the break.

Jefferson Montero made it four in the second half and not even Arturo Mina's late dismissal could dim Ecuador's bright day.

Cameroon's Clinton Njie scored two late goals to rally past Burkina Faso 3-2 in Paris.

Chelsea's Bertrand Traore opened the socring but Vincent Aboubakar cancelled it out for Cameroon, though Burkina Faso entered the break ahead on Aristide Bance's goal.

But Njie found the net in the 85th and 90th minutes to win it for Cameroon.

Midfielder Igor Engonga scored in the 17th minute to give Equatorial Guinea a 1-0 win in Andorra.

Niger won for the first time under new coach Francois Zahoui in a 2-1 victory over Gabon.

Amadou Wonkoye Issa Modibo Sidibe provided first-half goals for Niger.

Libya salvaged a 2-2 draw in Mali thanks to a Moayed Lafi equalizer in the 74th minute.

Roed Bin Hamid had given Libya an early lead before Cheik Diarra and Samab Sow put the hosts ahead.

Rwanda held visiting Kenya to a 0-0 draw in Kigali in the opening match of a tournament to honour genocide victims.

Singapore cruised to a 5-1 win against Brunei as veteran forward Khairul Amri netted a brace.

Fazrul Nawaz, Hariss Harun and Shaiful Esah all added goals for the hosts, while Brunei's sole reply came through Fakhrul Zahhazmi after a Singapore defensive mix-up.

Malaysia were held to a goalless draw by Hong Kong in Shah Alam.
