Elsewhere, champions Leicester got their first win of the season, while Everton saw off Stoke, and Southampton and Sunderland had to settle for a share of the spoils.           16.50 BST: GOAL! Palace 1-1 Bournemouth! Heartbreak for Bournemouth as after keeping out Palace for the entire game, the hosts have finally found a way through with Dann's header rescuing a point for Alan Pardew's men.

          16.49 BST - Southampton v Sunderland: The momentum is well and truly with Southampton now as they pile on the pressure, but somehow Sunderland are holding on...

          16.48 BST - Leicester v Swansea: It's end-to-end stuff at the King Power Stadium in the final minutes, with Leicester looking for a third rather than just trying to keep out Swansea. Will that prove a costly tactic?

          16.46 BST: GOAL! Chelsea 3-0 Burnley: Chelsea finally find that third goal at the death and it's two substitutes who combine, with Pedro teeing up Moses to the delight of the Stamford Bridge faithful.

          16.43 BST - Crystal Palace v Bournemouth: It's all Palace, Palace, Palace -- but still no goal for the hosts! Artur Boruc has been at his best today, making another good save to deny Lee, while Dann later sees an effort blocked by the Cherries defence.

          16.40 BST: GOAL! Southampton 1-1 Sunderland! The Black Cats' lead didn't last too long as Jay Rodriguez has just levelled proceedings after coming off the bench. Is there going to be a winner here?

          16.38 BST: GOAL! Leicester 2-1 Swansea! Hold on. Swansea could be set for a late comeback here as they've just pulled one back through Fer, who rises high to head home for the visitors. A nervy end to the game for Leicester...

          16.36 BST: GOAL! Southampton 0-1 Sunderland! Sunderland have edged ahead with just 10 minutes left to go as Defoe fires home a penalty after winning the spot-kick himself. Can the Black Cats hold on for the three points?

          16.34 BST - Crystal Palace v Bournemouth: Palace are huffing and puffing, giving it all they've got, but they just can't find a way to score, with Lee blasting over from close range after being played in by Zaha.

          16.32 BST - Chelsea v Burnley: Chelsea under a little bit of pressure from Burnley in the past few minutes, with Courtois called into action following a Clarets corner.

          16.30 BST - Watford v Arsenal: Watford have been inspired by that Pereyra goal and are playing their best football of the match currently. The Gunners having to dig in deep at the back as Ighalo misses the target with an overhead kick.

          16.27 BST - Southampton v Sunderland: Southampton go close through Shane Long, who has a dig at goal after being set up by Redmond, however, Pickford is on hand to make a good stop.

          16.25 BST - Chelsea v Burnley: Chelsea still dominating at Stamford Bridge and were it not for Burnley's impressive defending of late, they would definitely be well ahead by now.

          16.23 BST - Crystal Palace v Bournemouth: Palace have been playing well but they can't seem to find a way past the Bournemouth defence, although Benteke was just presented with a chance only to head a cross over.

          16.19 BST - Southampton v Sunderland: A rare chance for Sunderland as Januzaj does well to make some space before teeing up Borini, but his strike at goal is poor and easily dealt with.

          16.18 BST - Everton v Stoke: Off the bar for Stoke as Stekelenburg tips Arnautovic's effort onto the woodwork before Baines clears the danger.

          16.15 BST: GOAL! Watford 1-3 Arsenal! Watford have at least pulled one back at Vicarage Road and it's a debut goal for Pereyra, who finds the back of the net after Arsenal's defence had failed to deal with a Capoue cross.

          16.14 BST - Leicester v Swansea: A wonderful opportunity for Leicester to kill off the game as Mahrez steps up to take the penalty but it's a poor effort from the Algerian and Fabianski is able to make the save.

          16.12 BST - Leicester v Swansea: Penalty to Leicester!

          16.10 BST: GOAL! Leicester 2-0 Swansea! Things get better for Leicester as they are now two goals to the good. Swansea fail to deal with a corner and there is Wes Morgan to fire into the back of the net. The Foxes look like securing their first win of the season today...

          16.09 BST: GOAL! Everton 1-0 Stoke! Everton have opened the scoring at Goodison Park following Leighton Baines' penalty, though it's Shay Given who turns the ball into the back of his own net. Baines' penalty comes off the post before hitting Given and bouncing back across the line. Lucky.

          16.07 BST - Everton v Stoke: Penalty for Everton!

          16.06 BST - Everton v Stoke: Everton have started the second half well and nearly just found the opener, with Ross Barkley firing a strike just wide of the post.

          15.59 BST: So Arsenal and Chelsea are in full control of their games, but everywhere else it's still all looking rather tight. The second halves coming up very shortly...

          15.48 BST: The half-time whistles are ringing around the Premier League...

          15.47 BST: GOAL! Watford 0-3 Arsenal! Well that surely is game over now as Arsenal have just made it three on the stroke of half-time as Ozil heads home following a Sanchez cross. What a great time to score for the Gunners.

          15.45 BST - Watford v Arsenal: Nearly three for Arsenal as Walcott latches onto a Xhaka pass but the winger is denied by a great save from Gomes. That would surely have been game over.

          15.44 BST - Crystal Palace v Bournemouth: Bournemouth still in control at Selhurst Park, with the visitors looking a yard sharper in everything they're doing compared to Palace.

          15.42 BST: GOAL! Chelsea 2-0 Burnley! And Chelsea have also doubled their lead -- Willian receives a pass from Costa before drilling a low strike past Heaton. The Blues well on top.

          15.40 BST: GOAL! Watford 0-2 Arsenal! Arsenal have doubled their lead at Vicarage Road as Walcott picks out Sanchez at the far post, who then dinks the ball over Gomes and across the line. Uphill for Watford now.

          15.37 BST - Chelsea v Burnley: The chances keep coming for Chelsea. This time, one falls to Costa as he receives the ball inside the box, but he's unable to connect with his strike properly and Heaton makes the save.

          15.36 BST - Watford v Arsenal: It could have been two for Arsenal just now as Sanchez links up well with his teammates before driving towards goal, only to be denied by Gomes.

          15.34 BST - Southampton v Sunderland: Penalty shout for Sunderland as Defoe goes to ground under pressure from Fonte, but the away side's appeals are dismissed.

          15.32 BST: GOAL! Leicester 1-0 Swansea! Jamie Vardy opens his account for the season as he latches onto a long ball over the top from Drinkwater before converting past Fabianski. The Foxes get the goal that had looked like coming.

          15.30 BST - Chelsea v Burnley: Chelsea continue to dominate at Stamford Bridge and somehow the score is still just 1-0. John Terry nearly made it two a moment ago, but his header from a Willian corner is saved by Heaton.

          15.27 BST - Crystal Palace v Bournemouth: Boruc is having a blinder today as he pulls off another top stop, this time to deny a Townsend stinger from distance.

          15.26 BST - Leicester v Swansea: It's been one-way traffic at the King Power Stadium with Leicester all over Swansea but just unable to break them down.

          15.25 BST - Watford v Arsenal: Nearly an own goal from Laurent Koscielny, who tries to clear a cross but only succeeds in heading towards his own net, with Cech bailing him out with a good save.

          15.23 BST - Everton v Stoke: Chances for both teams as Lukaku is denied by a Shawcross challenge inside the box, before Imbula then gets into a dangerous position but fails to take the shot on.

          15.16 BST - Crystal Palace v Bournemouth: What a chance for Palace to haul themselves level as they win a penalty, but it's one they're not able to take. Cabaye steps up to hit the spot-kick, but Boruc does brilliantly to deny the Frenchman.

          15.14 BST - Chelsea v Burnley: Chelsea enjoying themselves now and looking very dominant. A chance falls to Matic at the far post but his effort is cleared off the line.

          15.11 BST - GOAL! Palace 0-1 Bournemouth! The goals are flying in at the moment as Bournemouth have just got in on the act with Josh King firing them ahead after being teed up by Harry Arter.

          15.10 BST - GOAL! Watford 0-1 Arsenal! The Gunners are up and running as Cazorla converts from the penalty spot after Sanchez had been brought down in the box by Amrabat.

          15.09 BST - GOAL! Chelsea 1-0 Burnley! Chelsea have lift-off and what a goal it is from Eden Hazard. The Belgian picks up the ball in his own half before driving forward and firing a 20-yard strike into the back of the net. Lovely stuff.

          15.08 BST - Watford v Arsenal: Penalty for Arsenal!

          15.05 BST - Everton v Stoke: A bright start for Everton as Mirallas cuts in from the wing and has a go at goal, but his effort is saved.

          15.02 BST - Chelsea v Burnley: Chelsea seeing plenty of the ball early on at Stamford Bridge, though not doing much with it as of yet...

          14.59 BST: The teams are out of their respective tunnels and onto their respective pitches, meaning SIX games are about to get under way any minute now...

          14.57 BST: And last but not least, Southampton welcome Sunderland to St Mary's with both sides after their first wins of the season this afternoon.

          14.55 BST: The Premier League champions are winless from their first two games so will hope to put that right at the King Power Stadium, but can take heart from coming up against a Swansea side that they beat home and away ins style last season,

          14.52 BST: Yannick Bolasie and Ashley Williams make their first Premier League starts for Everton today as the Toffees look to continue their unbeaten run. Stoke, meanwhile, are looking for their first three points of the season.

          14.49 BST: Plenty to play for at Selhurst Park today given that these two sides are both still without a point this season. Something will have to give this afternoon...

          14.46 BST: Arsenal travel to Watford today still searching for a first win of the season -- but that task may be made all the easier with Mesut Ozil back in the side at Vicarage Road...

          14.43 BST: Chelsea welcome Burnley to Stamford Bridge looking to make it three wins out of three so far this season, but with Burnley's confidence sky-high after beating Liverpool last week they could be in for a real challenge.

          14.41 BST: How about some team news then?

          14.40 BST: Ready for more Premier League action?! Good, because we've got six games kicking off in around 20 minutes, including Chelsea, Arsenal and champions Leicester in action. Bring it on.

          Full-time: And there sounds the full-time whistle, meaning it's a point apiece for the two sides. Liverpool will feel like they could have won this, creating chances to make it 2-0, which would surely have put the game out of sight. Spurs will be pleased, however, recovering well to earn the draw, which was probably a fair result in the end.

          90+3': Changes from both sides as Winks replaces Eriksen for Spurs and Stewart comes on for Lallana for Liverpool. Matip, meanwhile, picks up a late booking.

          90+2': Liverpool again with an opportunity late on as Lallana races towards goal, but with Firmino waiting to be fed in, the midfielder is thwarted by a great challenge from Alderweireld.

          90+1': Three minutes of time to be added on... Enough for a late winner?

          90': Wijnaldum with a chance for Liverpool as he receives the ball just inside the box from Firmino but his effort is blocked by Alderweireld, allowing Vorm to make a comfortable save.

          88': Liverpool's turn to make a late substitution as Mane, who was excellent for much of the game, is replaced by Sturridge. Both teams really going for this...

          86': Jordan Henderson is the latest player to be booked by Bobby Madley for a foul.

          85': A half-chance for Spurs as Alderweireld gets his head onto the end of a corner, but his effort sails well over the bar. Five minutes or so remaining...

          83': Mauricio Pochettino hoping to influence the game late on with a substitution as Onomah comes on for Kane. A handful of minutes for the youngster to try and make an impact.

          81': Liverpool have responded pretty well to conceding that equaliser and have not let their heads drop. They soon build a promising attack which sees Firmino receive the ball inside the area but his strike at goal is blocked by a Spurs defender.

          78': Bobby Madley dishes out another yellow card -- this time to Dele Alli for kicking the ball away.

          76': We're into the final 15 minutes of the match now and it appears as if we're all set up for a grandstand finish. Momentum seems to be with Spurs now, but if Liverpool can reproduce some of their play from earlier in the half then they could still have something to say before time is out.

          72': GOAL! Tottenham 1-1 Liverpool! And there is the equaliser for Spurs as Danny Rose crashes an effort into the back of the net. Dier swings a cross into the box, with the ball eventually falling lose to Rose at the far post, who then fires his strike past Mignolet. Game on.

          70': Liverpool make their first change of the game as Origi comes on to replace Coutinho. Sturridge, warming up on the sidelines, does not look best pleased about being overlooked.

          69': You do get the feeling that the next goal could have a deciding factor on the game. If Liverpool score, there's surely no way back for Spurs, while if the home side can find the back of the net, you might back them to then go on and win it.

          65': Lovren goes into the book for kicking the ball away after giving away a foul, with Lamela then forcing a save from Mignolet with the ensuing free-kick. Mignolet is then called into action again from the resulting corner, turning away Alderweireld's header with a fantastic right arm. Huge improvement here from the hosts.

          63': Better from Spurs as they create a real chance as Dier fizzes a cross from the right into the box but Eriksen fails to hit the target when he really had to do better. A reason for encouragement for Spurs fans, at least.

          60': This has not been the reaction from Spurs that Mauricio Pochettino would have hoped for since the restart. The home side struggling big time at the moment, but that disallowed goal could well be a turning point for them, their fans will hope...

          58': Liverpool with the ball in the back of the net again -- but the flag has gone up for offside. Adam Lallana squares a pass to Mane at the far post, who then crashes the ball into the back of the net, but it appears Lallana had been in an offside position when he first received possession from Wijnaldum. Tight.

          55': Liverpool oh so close to doubling their lead at White Hart Lane. A Reds corner is swung into the box and there arrives Matip to clip a header against the bar. Moments later, the away side are on the attack again as Clyne forces Vorm into another save with a low strike towards the near post.

          52': One player who is shown a yellow card is Jan Vertonghen. The defender goes into Bobby Madley's book for an arm in the face to Mane.

          51': Mane really has been excellent for Liverpool today, but he needs to calm down or he's going to be off soon. The Reds player commits another foul but once again gets away without receiving a second yellow card.

          48': Liverpool starting the half confidently and it's a start that almost brings with it a second goal. Mane picks up the ball in space on the edge of the box and turns before rifling a thunderous hit goalbound which flies just over the bar. Some goal that would have been.

          46': We're back up and running at White Hart Lane as Liverpool get this second half under way. Will they hold onto their lead or can Spurs find a way back into the game? We're about to find out...

          An update on Kyle Walker...

          Half-time: And there goes the half-time whistle as Liverpool head down the tunnel one goal to the good. It's thanks to a James Milner penalty that they lead and the goal came off the back of a very decent half of football from Jurgen Klopp's men. Spurs started brightly but struggled as time wore on.

          45+1': Time for another yellow card before half-time as Coutinho goes into the book for stopping Spurs take a quick free-kick.

          43': GOAL! Tottenham 0-1 Liverpool! Liverpool are ahead and you have to say it's well-deserved. James Milner steps up to take the penalty and it's a great effort from the Englishman as he sends Vorm the wrong way and picks out the bottom corner. Lamela is the man to blame for giving away the spot-kick after he tripped up Firmino.

          42': Penalty for Liverpool!

          39': Liverpool continuing to get into dangerous positions in and around the Spurs box, but that final ball is just missing on occasions and letting them down. Sadio Mane's influence is growing by the minute.

          35': Sadio Mane is arguably very lucky to still be on the pitch as moments after picking up his yellow card he piles in with a late challenge on Rose. Bobby Madley blows for the foul, but gives the Liverpool man just a ticking off.

          33': We've another yellow card at White Hart Lane as Mane is booked for a late tackle on Alli.

          32': We're over half an hour into the game and while it remains goalless, it's certainly not been a dull affair. Liverpool are looking dangerous and getting into some threatening positions, while Spurs have been impressively frantic in their play when attacking on the break.

          29': First yellow card of the game as Danny Rose goes into the book for a late challenge on Firmino.

          28': Spurs have been forced into an early change as Walker has had to trudge off the pitch with an injury. In his place comes Janssen, meaning the home side have had to switch things up a bit with Dier dropping to right-back and Alli playing in a more defensive role.

          27': Michel Vorm hasn't put a foot wrong at White Hart Lane yet as he comes to Spurs' rescue once again. Mane picks out Coutinho unmarked at the far post with a fine floating ball, but the Brazilian is unable to find a way past the Dutch keeper.

          24': Liverpool continue to pile the pressure on and it's Coutinho this time who's involved. The Brazilian drives forward before seeing a deflected effort fly just over the bar. Spurs having to weather the storm a little at the moment...

          22': Liverpool enjoying themselves now and their possession nearly brings with it an opening as a through ball to Mane is just about cleared by Vorm, who is off his line in a flash. A few moments later, the keeper is called into action again and produces a fine sliding tackle to deny Mane once more.

          18': Liverpool seeing a lot of the ball at the minute as they play it around Spurs' box waiting for some space to open up. The home side, meanwhile, have looked at their most dangerous so far on the break, so the Reds will need to keep an eye out at the back.

          15': Spurs come forward in numbers again and look a threat as the ball falls to Alli on the edge of the box, but the midfielder miskicks it. After a bit of pinball inside the area, Alli then gets another chance only to fire wide. Liverpool, moments later, are in Spurs' box but the flag goes up for offside as Vorm is forced into a save after a deflected effort from Mane.

          12': Things have settled down a little here, though both teams are still looking to play on the front foot when they can. Henderson tries to pick out the run of Coutinho with what first appears to be a wonderful ball, but in the end he just overhits it and the Brazilian is unable to latch onto it.

          8': The frantic pace of this game is being kept up at White Hart Lane as Spurs win a free-kick in a dangerous position which Eriksen takes, only for Mignolet to get across and beat the ball away. Let's hope this clash continues in such a manner.

          6': Big, big chance for Liverpool as Spurs give away possession cheaply, leading to Firmino to race inside the box and square the ball across to Coutinho. But the Brazilian, with all the time in the world, somehow fails to beat Vorm, who is able to make the save. Had to score...

          4': It's been a fairly manic opening few minutes at White Hart Lane with Spurs looking to get forward at every opportunity. One attack sees a penalty shout turned down as Eriksen's pass actually comes back off a Liverpool defender's chest rather than hand, while Alli soon fires over with a lob moments later.

          1': We're up and running at White Hart Lane as Tottenham kick off. The sun shine is shining in North London and the supporters are in good voice. We could be in for a good one here...

          12.28 BST: The two teams are out of the tunnel and onto the White Hart Lane pitch, which means one thing -- we're just moments away from kick-off...

          12.25 BST: While Liverpool's last game in the Premier League ended in disappointment, they do at least come into today's clash off the back of a victory -- having beaten Burton Albion 5-0 in the EFL Cup in midweek. Sadio Mane was back in the team and looking good, and he could well be key to the Reds' chances at White Hart Lane.

The hosts have started the season slowly but steadily, with a draw against Everton and win at home to Crystal Palace, while Liverpool have been as inconsistent as ever -- beating Arsenal at their own ground, before slumping to defeat at Burnley. Which way will this clash pan out today, I wonder...
