Arsenal announced their new home kit for next season on Tuesday with a new sleeve design that has divided opinion among fans.
The home shirt for the 2018-19 season features red pin stripes on the white sleeves in the most dramatic change from previous years, though the combination creates a pink effect that has led to some mixed reactions on social media.
Arsenal's kid sponsor Puma said the design "retains the traditional red and white colours that are synonymous with Arsenal Football Club but with a refreshed new design so wear your home colours with pride. The main body of the shirt features a marl-effect fabric panel with a diamond-cut pulse design running through the middle and red pin-stripes set upon the contrast white sleeves. The A-symmetric style of the shirt will not ride up when arms are raised and breathable side panels allow for a more comfortable fit whether worn for exercise or casual wear."

Arsenal announced the kit in a video featuring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin modeling the new gear.
Puma are entering the last year of their sponsorship deal with Arsenal, with reports suggesting Adidas are in negotiations to take over next season.
