Could Romelu Lukaku be about to bid farewell to Manchester United?
Yes, if you believe Italian outlet tuttomercertoweb, which reports that Lukaku -- who has been on the outside looking in as United's fortunes have soared under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer -- could be the subject of an "audacious" bid should Maruo Icardi decide his future lies away from Inter Milan.
Icardi's future has been the subject of much discussion over the past couple of weeks, with his wife and agent, Wanda Nara, suggesting his future lies away from Turin.
He was stripped of the Inter captaincy for the Europa League match against Rapid Vienna on Thursday.

23.13 GMT: One more for the road and it is a big one! The Mirror claims that Man City are prioritising Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez as their top target this summer.
The 24-year-old midfielder has a £130 million release clause so he will not come cheap if City do decide to make a move for the Spain international. With Fernandinho coming up on 34 and Man City lacking true cover in that position, the club's interest in Niguez makes sense.
Niguez, who is just in year two of a nine-year contract, has been with Atletico Madrid since 2008 and was awarded the Golden Boot at the 2017 Under-21 European Championships with Spain.
There is no doubt that £130m is a steep price for any player but City's need for a Fernandinho replacement and the club's deep pockets could result in Saul Niguez trading Madrid for Manchester.
21.49 GMT: We have talked plenty in this blog about Barcelona's pursuit of Matthijs de Ligt and Adrien Rabiot's desire to move to the Camp Nou. Don Balon, though, have linked a new name with the La Liga leaders: Celta Vigo's Maxi Gomez.
The publication names the 22-year-old forward as a potential heir to Luis Suarez at Barcelona. Suarez, now 32, is not getting any younger and it would make sense for Barcelona to start considering a succession plan to replace the combative Uruguayan. Enter Vigo's Gomez, Suarez's countryman and a player who has scored 25 La Liga goals over the past 18 months,
Gomez, who was pursued hard in January by West Ham among others, is thought to be valued at over £45 million. With no true striker behind Suarez and Malcom struggling to adjust to life at the Camp Nou, Gomez, a proven commodity in Spain, will be a name to keep a close eye on come summer time.
20.28 GMT: Shifting over to MLS for a moment...
In a story that appeared in the Scotsman on Friday, Hearts boss Craig Levein confirmed that there is MLS interest in on-loan Hearts forward Steven Naismith.
Naismith, most famous for his time at Everton, is currently on loan in his native Scotland from Norwich City and is reportedly weighing up a future move to the United States.
Now 32, Naismith has 13 goals in all competitions for Hearts so far this campaign and has scored nine times in 49 appearances for Scotland at international level.
19.43 GMT: Arsenal and Man United are two clubs that have been mentioned with Roma centre-back Kostas Manolas but the price for the Greek may be about to get a bit higher.
Roma are said to be trying to negotiate a removal of Manolas' £31.5million release clause, a number that currently would be viewed as a bargain for a 27-year-old centre-back of the calibre of Manolas. Roma are hoping to net an additional £12m from selling off the Greek and are reportedly hoping to increase the clause to £43.7m or remove it completely.
Manolas is under contract in Rome through 2022 and talks between the sides about tweaking his deal are reportedly going well. Arsenal would seem a natural fit for the 27-year-old, as not only do they need an upgrade at centre-back, but Manolas' centre-back partner with Greece, Sokratis Papastathopoulos, just arrived at the Emirates last summer.
18.26 GMT: Mesut Ozil's future at Arsenal remains a mystery but Calciomercato suggests Arsenal aim to replace the German with one of his countrymen.
The report links highly-rated German youngster Kai Havertz with a move to the Emirates from Bayer Leverkusen. The 19-year-old is having a breakout season at Leverkusen, already having bagged 11 goals and provided six assists from an attacking midfield role, and soon appears set for bigger and better.
The Italian source claims Arsenal plan to move for him in the summer, but as is always the case with talented young German players, the Gunners will have to fend off Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich for the teenager's services.
17.35 GMT: It is no secret at this stage that Adrien Rabiot's days at PSG are numbered, as the talented midfielder and the club have shown no signs of a reconciliation. The question now is where will the 23-year-old France playmaker be playing his club football next season?
Linked with Barcelona, Tottenham, Arsenal and Liverpool, French outlet Le Parisien claims that Rabiot has made his decision regarding where he wants to take the next step in the career. The paper writes that Rabiot sees himself at Camp Nou come the summer and that the player has his heart firmly set on Barcelona.
Currently on the outside looking in at PSG, Rabiot will be hoping for a fresh start to reignite his promising career and a move abroad appears likely. Will he get his wish and land at Barca? Only time will tell...
16.45 GMT: Napoli's Dries Mertens is in contention for a summer move to the Chinese Super League, according to reports in Italy.
15.30 GMT: Reading midfielder Sone Aluko is set to join Chinese Super League side Beijing Renhe, according to Football London. The former Fulham player was not part of the squad for Saturday's Championship match at Sheffield United.
14.30 GMT: Wolves could sign Mexico forward Raul Jimenez, on loan at Molineux from Benfica, in a permanent £30m summer deal, talkSPORT reports.
13.45 GMT: Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has said the club have not yet reached a decision over the future of 35-year-old winger Franck Ribery, whose contract expires at the end of the season. Rummenigge told Eurosport: "You have to be open and honest. At some point, we'll have a conversation with him and his agent and then make a joint decision, but I can't predict what that will be."
13.00 GMT: Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina, who is currently on loan at Napoli, has said he could consider moving to a club in his native South America in the near future.
12.15 GMT: Everton midfielder Idrissa Gueye has spoken about his move that never was to Paris Saint-Germain in January, telling L'Equipe he is "ready to join a European giant."
"Unfortunately, it was a dream that did not come true. Every player works towards joining big clubs and playing in the biggest Champions League games," he said. "I was ready for Paris."
11.30 GMT: Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has brushed off questions about his club being linked with Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi amid speculation he could leave at the end of the season (see above). "I don't know anything about the market -- I prefer to go to the beach in the summer," Allegri said. "The club takes care of the players and makes them available."
10.45 GMT: Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly, who has been linked with a number of clubs including Manchester United, has said he is pleased to be wanted but is happy where he is. "My future? I don't know if I'm one of the strongest defenders. I always try to give my best," he told RAI Sport.
10.15 GMT: Sticking with United, Sergio Romero is set to stay as David De Gea's No. 2 despite interest from elsewhere, according to the Sun.
The Argentina international goalkeeper has attracted interest from Spain and Italy as well as Boca Juniors in his home country, but is happy to see out a deal that has two and a half years to run.
09.00 GMT: ESPN FC reported on Thursday that Jamaal Lascelles was on Manchester United's list of targets. On Saturday, the Independent said Milan Skriniar of Inter Milan and Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly are also on United's defensive radar.
It claimed any new signing could see Eric Bailly leave, with Chris Smalling and Phil Jones having signed extensions recently.
Could Sancho be on his way back to Manchester?
He suffered Champions League pain at the hands of Spurs this week, but Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho could soon return to English football with Manchester United.
The Sun reports that the winger could be in line for a £70 million switch in a move that would see rivals Manchester City profit from a 15 percent stake in the player.
Sancho has been in sensational form for Dortmund since his move from City in 2017, scoring eight goals so far this season and contributing 10 assists in just 28 appearances.
Loan ranger? No chance
Mesut Ozil appears to be digging in his heels at Arsenal, according to the Sun, which reports that the German is happy living in London. The only problem is that he's no longer part of Arsenal's plans and Gunners manager Unai Emery wants to get him off the payroll.
Ozil, though, has no intention of jumping ship, regardless of who comes in for him. Paris Saint-Germain attempted to sign him on loan after Neymar was ruled out of the rest of the rest of the Ligue 1 season, but Ozil wants to stay in North London.
For a player earning £350,000 a week, the future remains unclear.
