Transfer Rater: Hector Bellerin to Real Madrid, Amadou Diawara to Spurs

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.

Here are today's top five emerging whispers. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.

Hector Bellerin to Real Madrid

According to various reports in Spain, Real Madrid are putting together a blockbuster package in an attempt to lure Bellerin to the Bernabeu. The Arsenal right-back has been a long-term Barcelona transfer target and was expected to return to the club having been a product of the La Masia academy. However, after seeing his team struggle this season, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez wants to make big moves in the market this summer and has reportedly personally negotiated a deal with the 22-year-old.

Amadou Diawara to Tottenham Hotspur

Premier League clubs are making moves to bring Diawara to the Premier League. The midfielder's agent, Daniele Piraino, told Tuttomercatoweb: "There are some Premier League clubs interested, but it's premature to talk about this. It's not easy to find the right tempo in a match situation if you only play every couple of months, especially considering his role in midfield. As soon as he gets to play more consistently, we'll see the same world class player as last season." Tottenham are believed to be one of the clubs keen on bringing the 20-year-old to England as a long-term replacement for Mousa Dembele.

Abdoulaye Doucoure to Arsenal

In an interview with Telefoot, Watford midfielder Doucoure has revealed that Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal have been in contact with his agent after his fine form throughout the campaign caught their eye. The 25-year-old then revealed he would prefer a move to Arsenal to link up with Arsene Wenger, a man he admires for what he's done in the Premier League, despite the apparent power shift in north London over recent seasons.

Stefan de Vrij to Manchester United

Lazio's sporting director Igli Tare told Mediaset Premium that the club have withdrawn the contract they offered De Vrij. This means the Dutch centre-back is free to leave the Italian capital for nothing in the summer and there's a battle for his signature. There had been suggestions the 26-year-old would move to Inter Milan but the player took to his Facebook page to release a statement, in which he revealed he would be moving out of his "comfort zone." A move to England could be on the cards and Man United reportedly want to bring De Vrij in to lead the defence with Jose Mourinho now growing tired of Chris Smalling and Phil Jones.

Daniele Rugani to Arsenal

Arsenal are still in the hunt for a centre-back after missing out on Jonny Evans and Virgil van Dijk. According to Calciomercato, their top summer target is Juventus defender Rugani. The 23-year-old has fallen down the pecking order in Turin and Arsenal are poised to swoop. Rugani's agent, Davide Torchia, has been vocal recently about the quality the centre-back has: "Rugani it's an international player. He could play in any league. So also in UK. He's young. Elegant in the way of playing. I know that various top European top clubs follow him."
